"My husband and I have been with State Farm for years, and we just wanted to thank Anna from Dean’s office for all of her help. She has been wonderful during a difficult time following my husband’s accident and has always been quick to answer my many questions and provide the information we need. She even checked in a few days after the accident to see how the claim was going and provided adjuster’s phone number to ensure we had it. Recently, she helped me verify coverage information on all vehicles and our billing plan, which gave me peace of mind. She is knowledgeable, caring, and truly looks out for her customers. "I've been with State Farm and working with Dean Rabsamen for many years. Dean and his team has helped me and been by my side through some really bad days. I get clear answers for every question I have, they help me understand everything I have in my policy, they are quick to respond when I call or text, etc.. and the yearly meetings to go through my policy and make sure everything is still understood and clear, is my favorite thing cause I didn't get that with any other insurance company in the past. They are by far the best insurance company I have ever been with, and I will be staying with them for many years to come."
